Hey, I’m Zia — a photographer based in Houston, capturing weddings, events, portraits, and all the little moments in between. I started taking photos back in middle school, first with my phone and later with a little digicam that taught me a lot about composition and simply paying attention to the world around me.
Today, I’ve photographed almost a hundred weddings, events, and all kinds of life moments. My style is natural, emotional, and sometimes a little nostalgic, but always clean and true to the moment. Whether I’m working with natural light, flash, or a full lighting setup, my goal is to create beautiful images no matter what the room, weather, or time of day throws at us.
When we’re shooting, I want it to feel less like a photoshoot and more like hanging out with a friend — relaxed, easy, and never awkward.
WHEN I'M NOT SHOOTING
I’m also a singer, I play a little guitar, and I’m pretty serious about cooking and making cocktails.
